This isn't therapy. Sam won't diagnose you or tell you what to do. Instead, Sam asks questions that help you untangle what's actually going on beneath the surface noise.
How It Works
Conversations with Sam follow a natural arc. You start wherever you are, Sam helps you find the real shape of what's happening, and together you work toward clarity on what matters most.
Along the way, Sam builds a Clarity Map of your conversation. This visual representation shows the patterns, connections, and themes that emerge from what you share. It's a way to see your own thinking from the outside.
The Technology
Sam is powered by a large language model (AI). That means Sam can understand natural language, remember what you've shared in the conversation, and respond thoughtfully.
It also means Sam has limitations. Sam doesn't have access to external information, can't take actions in the world, and doesn't know anything about you beyond what you share in conversation. Sam won't remember you between sessions unless you create an account.
What Sam Is Not
